Yesterday was my father's birthday, so I traveled home to have dinner with my family. After dinner we exchanged gifts.
My dad is one of the most important people in my life. Having dinner with him just reminded me how lucky I am to have him and all my family.
While eating dinner my dad's cell phone rang with many phone calls from his sister and brothers. All wishing him a happy birthday and some even sang the birthday song (with cha cha cha's).
We talked about plans we have to have a get together with everyone for a game of Bunco on Saturday.
He is a wonderful man, who is now one year older and one more year of awesome.
